ProCore Swim Spa Covers

Our standard multi-sectional swim spa covers are designed and built to outperform typical covers offered by other online retailers. We have eliminated features that lead to premature failure, such as 1.0 lb and 1.5 lb foam and thin single-layer vapor barriers. These options may reduce the initial purchase price but often result in a shorter lifespan and wasted energy and money. Instead, we offer only high-quality covers that can live up to our extended warranty, which is the best in the industry. In essence, we have you covered, literally and figuratively.

•  Multiple Sections: Covers can be ordered in multiple sections, such as three 4-foot wide sections for a 12-foot swim spa or four 4-foot wide sections for a 16-foot swim spa.
• Hinged or Velcro Flap: Sections can be hinged or connected with a Velcro flap to seal the seams.
• Tapered Design: The top surface is tapered from the center down towards the ends for effective rain runoff. For example, a 12-foot cover may taper from 4 inches in the center to 2 inches at the ends, while a 16-foot cover may taper from 6 inches in the center to 2 inches at the ends.

Introducing our exclusive ProCore Elite Two-Piece Swim Spa Cover, the only cover of its kind on the market. This innovative design features a two-piece cover with a hinge running lengthwise down the center of the spa, providing superior ease of use, plus added strength and durability.

• Two-Piece Design: Each section measures half the width of the swim spa, hinged together down the center. For example, a 16-foot long by 8-foot wide swim spa would have two 4-foot wide by 16-foot long sections. (insert overhead photo showing design)
• Tapered Thickness: The long front and back edges are typically 2 inches thick, with the thickness at the hinge determined by the length of the swim spa. A 12-foot swim spa may have a 2-inch to 5-inch taper, while a 16-foot swim spa may have a 2-inch to 6-inch taper.
• XPS Foam Construction: Made exclusively and only with Owens Corning Formular 250 XPS/NGX foam and engineered laminated sandwich panels, these covers are stronger and more durable than those made with EPS foam. Metal studs embedded inside the panels add extra strength.
• Available in lengths up to 20 FT.
• Hinge runs lengthwise down center.
• Dimension "A" is always  measured parallel to the hinge.
